Lincoln and friends

WEEKS 9-10

Lincoln has become a social butterfly like his Daddy! He is so fun to be around every day something new.

Right now he loves: (Mommy time saving tip of writing a list instead of essay courtesy of Lesley! ;)

• "talking" loudly and laughing with no sound
• the ceiling lights (smiles at it like its an old friend)
  
• windows with curtains
  
• sleeping while drowning in white noise
  
• swaddle (and breaking out one hand to suck on at 4am)
• sucking on his hands
  
• staring at his feet
  
• turtle's blue stars
• sitting up (assisted) 
• the wind on the porch (absolute fave now)
  
• walks in the stroller (especially with wind blowing a blanket in his face)
• whacking at toys (jaques the peacock and ball) in the "gym"
  
• sleeping for 6 (!!!!) hours in his crib straight! (then going back to sleep right after eating and staying there all nite!)
  
• believe it or not he is liking tummy time in small doses
• working his abs (feet up in air and crunches)
• smiling 
• drooling
• looking damn cute!

He's a real person these days!!!

WEEK 6-8

Oops! Its been almost 3 weeks since we've posted! He has matured so much in 3 weeks! You can see it in these pics (In the green diaper he is 6 wks old and the ones in the "gym" are new today!)

Lincoln is the man of our dreams! He has really started to become himself. Its amazing to witness! He is calm and loving and SMILES all the time! He has started sleeping longer. He talks all day long and follows us around with his eyes. He sees himself in the mirror and smiles his crooked toothless grin- its priceless! He bats at toys (Jaques the Peacock is his fav!) He watches baseball with his Daddy! He gets excited when its time to play or get changed or, of course, when its time to eat! We love him.
